Internal Grievance Redressal (IGR) Cell

In case the Consumer complaint is not resolved within a period of 30 days or if the Consumer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, the Consumer may approach TUCO's INTERNAL GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL (IGR) CELL. The Consumer may submit a written complaint at TUCO’s Office or by e-mail at support@tuco.in.
