Payment Counters at TUCO’s Customer Relation Centre

  1. Payment via Cash/ Cheque / DD
    • While Consumers are encouraged to pay their electricity bills online, Consumers may also pay their electricity bills by Cash, Cheque or Demand Draft at the Payment Counters at NIDP's Customer Relation Centre.
    • Cheque/DD should be marked as A/c Payee, be payable at Mumbai and should be in drawn in the name of “NIDP DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED”
    • Copy of the electricity bill should be attached with the Cheque / DD.
    • Post-dated cheques shall not be accepted.
    • Please mention the Consumer No., Bill No., Consumer Name and Mobile No. on the reverse of the Cheque / DD.

Electronic Payments via NEFT/RTGS

  • Consumers may also pay their electricity bills through NEFT/RTGS.
  • Consumers to ensure that the Consumer No. is mentioned in the “Remarks” field while making the payment.
