Payment Counters at TUCO’s Customer Relation Centre

  1. Payment via Cash/ Cheque / DD
    • While Consumers are encouraged to pay their electricity bills online, Consumers may also pay their electricity bills by Cash, Cheque or Demand Draft at the Payment Counters at TUCO’s Customer Relation Centre.
    • Cheque/DD should be marked as A/c Payee, be payable at Mumbai and should be in drawn in the name of “NIDAR UTILITIES PANVEL LLP”
    • Copy of the electricity bill should be attached with the Cheque / DD.
    • Post-dated cheques shall not be accepted.
    • Please mention the Consumer No., Bill No., Consumer Name and Mobile No. on the reverse of the Cheque / DD.
  2. Payment via Debit / Credit Cards
    • Consumers may also pay their electricity bills through Debit /Credit Cards at the payment counters at TUCO’s Customer Relation Centre.
    • Consumers to kindly note that in addition to the bill amount, applicable charges may be levied by the bank / payment gateway service provider.

Electronic Payments via NEFT/RTGS

  • Consumers may also pay their electricity bills through NEFT/RTGS.
  • Consumers to ensure that the Consumer No. is mentioned in the “Remarks” field while making the payment.
